The message of Jesus is simply profound: unmerited favor...not due to our goodness but due only to Jesus' goodness and sacrifice on our behalf.

-SteveStevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11344800381199724922noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5806515881433825558.post-77183881392914153042011-10-22T19:20:19.852-04:002011-10-22T19:20:19.852-04:00While I too believe the work of the Xxx-church mig...While I too believe the work of the Xxx-church might be somewhat extreme, it is encouraging to know that such a simple message of Jesus loving us is still so profoundly simple and yet offers all that choose to believe so much hope.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5806515881433825558.post-538736830241793282011-10-21T12:33:13.872-04:002011-10-21T12:33:13.872-04:00Ms. Bixler,

I was also reminded when I read your article, of Jesus meeting the woman at the well and what would have happened if he had said something like, "go, become an ex-prostitute and then come back and we'll talk about my love and ministry?" Perhaps we Christians play it too safe these days--and yet the world is worse than it has ever been???Glenda A Bixler Reviewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15829561936090262198noreply@blogger.com
